Description
The Business Development Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the sales team.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development, the individual will help establish and streamline processes throughout the business and support best practices in sales administration, reporting, analytics, and communications.

There may also be opportunities to take on account management tasks with the goal of reducing administrative burden for sales leaders and increasing selling time.

The work of this role will ultimately facilitate and enable the Business Development team in executing its strategy and achieving targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify new business opportunities through research and market discovery
  • Prepare targeted sales presentations
  • Perform competitive analysis (e.g. pricing, strategies)
  • Profile competitors in the US and Canada (treatments, pricing, segmentation, location)
  • Perform analysis of our customer database to identify trends and opportunities; developing indepth knowledge of our customer database is required to support the business growth and direction of the team
  • Assist with CRM (Salesforce) data integrity, reporting, and analysis
  • Help with creating and enforcing business processes that benefit customer service, account management and retention
  • Assist with improving communications gaps between Business Development and other EHN departments nationally, including Admissions, Clinical, IT, and Marketing
  • Participate in meetings and special projects with other departments as required
  • Participate in and assist with the coordination of marketing activities that drive referral business, including workshops and webinars, open houses, professional training, conferences, and thought leadership and networking events
  • Provide timely and professional support to customers as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary degree in business, marketing, administration, finance, etc. is preferred
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience working with data and spreadsheets (Excel), creating and maintaining dashboard (PowerBI)
  • Strong CRM (Salesforce) knowledge and database management
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills to identify opportunities for sales operations improvements while also developing and implementing new strategies
  • Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with teammates, collaborating departments, and management
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fastpaced, unpredictable environment
