L'objectif principal du Manager des recrutements concurrentiels est de gérer et d'exécuter les initiatives de recrutement concurrentiel pour les activités gestionnaires privées chez TD Wealth. Le manager joue un rôle critique en soutenant les équipes leader distributives à travers le pays. Ce rôle assiste et soutient la gestion supérieure avec l'amélioration des processus sur les approbations, la participation aux partenaires et l'identification des profils candidats cibles pour les directeurs régionaux et régionaux liés au recrutement conseiller EPA.
