On-site position

What you will need:


Technical expertise:

  • Knowledge of client assistance, including helping and troubleshooting end users with everyday tasks like printing, scanning, patching, and so forth
  • Expertise in network infrastructure, including HyperV, Windows AD, DHCP, DNS, File server, File server working with AD, Access permission, Vlans, Wireless, VOIP, TS, VPN, Backup Veeam and so on.
  • Expertise in hardware support, including printers, switches, FortiGate firewalls, APs, Sato label printers, and MFD printers.
  • Experience with Microsoft services (Azure, O365, Microsoft Intunes, Microsoft SQL) and Apple business management (ABM).

Software Knowledge:

  • Windows 10 pro.
  • Office 365 and online services.
  • Microsoft Dynamic Navision (SQL permission)
  • Planet Press Objectif Lune (processes and communication with infrastructure)

What you will do:


  • Daily Basis
  • Verify backup tasks.
  • Support and resolve issues for client (office and warehouse), Subar, DFTO Toronto, and other remote users and clients (Vancouver, Toronto).
  • Assist people with online files and meetings.
  • Make plans with end users to patch and install upgrades on systems. (Including servers, laptops, and iPhones) Collaborate with several departments (Office, HR, Finance, Production, Shipping, Underlay, Project Management, Order Desk) on ongoing projects and modifications.
  • Attend projectrelated meetings (with the project team, VCIO, and GA team).
  • Communicated with Eric and Julie daily to followup on quotes, equipment, and printer/device care.
  • Access cards for clients (doors and gates)
  • Monthly Basis
  • Inventory
  • Prepare folder in Onederive for inventory.
  • Set up onedrive folders and set it as default local file location in Excel on Lifts and Handheld scanners.
  • Check WIFI connection.
  • Assist Inventory team to solve the issues during inventory.
  • Reviewing Network documents, System inventories and O365 and modification
  • Projects and connections with external providers.
  • Coordinate with providers such as VOIP, printers, cameras, alarm systems, internet providers, ERP, and system developers to meet client requests (Taiwan and Canada).
  • Communicate with GA project teams, sales, and others regarding ongoing projects.
