Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Transportation, the Coordinator is responsible for effectively responding to requests from foundations, insurers, and dispatch.

Responsibilities:

Respond to requests from insurers and foundations.
Process reports, data, and various requests.
Create purchase orders and customer shipping orders.
Work closely with distributors and foundation coordinators.
Cover for Dispatchers or Foundation Coordinators as needed.
Participate in departmental initiatives.
Generate necessary reports for foundations on a weekly and monthly basis.
Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service;
Bilingualism mandatory (proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written);
Experience with foundations (an asset).
