North Bay Heating and Cooling and Shark Mobile are seeking a qualified administrative assistant to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
A successful applicant will be a friendly, professional, and service oriented individual who is able to provide support to both our technical and management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule customer repairs/installations/services and act as a liaison between customers and the company
- Coordinate the schedules of technicians to minimize customer delays and maximize resources
- Order parts and participate in the planning process for parts inventory to support customer orders and service technicians' needs for product
- Complete and submit invoices to customers and suppliers
- Complete and submit warranty information and registration
- Complete initial set up and review of Alcolock program with customers and maintain on a monthlybasis or as needed
- Convert field reports to customer presentable formats
- Responsible for the organization and coordination of office supplies, deliveries, and petty cash
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an Office Administration program or 3+ years of workrelated experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid Ontario class G license
Salary:
$15.50-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
