Lead the team responsible for creating transparency for the Board through report and policy development, crisis response and business continuity programs.

You'll deliver insights and communicate regularly with senior leaders.

What you'll do:

Lead a team of specialists as they execute FCC's stress testing program and enterprise risk management framework
Provide expert input on best practices in enterprise risk management and creating a risk

- intelligent culture

Deliver quarterly insight and transparency on FCC's overall risk profile
Determine team priorities, communicate deadlines and resolve issues

What we're looking for:

Experienced leader who brings out the best in team members and provides a clear line of sight to business goals
Strong communicator who can build relationships across the corporation
Multitasker who can ensure projects move forward under predetermined timelines

What you'll need:

Undergraduate degree in business, economics or agriculture, an accounting designation or financial risk certification, and at least seven years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
