Summary
The Administrative Assistant position is a key contributor to the ongoing administrative and employee experience at SSPI reporting to the Associate Director of Quality & Administration.
Job Responsibility
- Record, schedule, and process accounts payable
- Maintain filing records (invoices, receipts, statements, registries & other)
- Provide administrative/clerical support to management
- Add/modify users in DOVICO employee time recording software
- Play an active role in company's social committee
- Assist with marketing materials design, preparation, purchase, and logistics
- Practice and maintain confidentiality to the highest standards
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Education & Experience
A minimum two years of study in the field of administration, business, or other at a college or university level or equivalent experience in an administrative role.
Skills
- Ability to use Microsoft office software is a must
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Excellent attention to detail with strong grammar and punctuation are a must
- Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
