Position Description

Qualifications and Education Requirements- Hold an MD degree and must hold, or be eligible for, licensure in the province of Quebec;- Have completed subspecialty training in Gastroenterology;- Be certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent);- Be certified by the _Collège des médecins du Québec_;- Have clinical experience in managing Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD);- Possess knowledge of gastrointestinal conditions;- Demonstrate proficiency in gastroscopy and colonoscopy;- Have the ability to manage acute emergencies such as gastrointestinal hemorrhages;- Have completed at least a 1-year Clinical Research Fellowship in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD);- Applicants should have a strong and demonstrable interest in patient care, teaching, research, and innovation;Faculty/Department/Unit: Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Department of Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology
