One of Toronto's most successful Construction Managers is seeking a Project Manager to join its team to work on diverse High Rise Residential projects across the GTA.

Requirements:


  • Work closely with the Site team from the fullcycle phase of construction.
  • Participate in site visits, and client plus trade meetings.
  • Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers

Skills and Experience:


  • High Rise Residential experience, working on mixeduse or Residential projects.
  • Experience leading a project from excavationoccupancy
  • 7+ years experience working for a Developer or Construction Management firm
  • Postsecondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field

Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with
Project Management, Scheduling, Project Manager, Estimating, Takeoffs, ICI, Commercial Construction, High Rise, Mid-Rise, Residential, Condo, Tower

Salary:
$130,000.00-$155,000.00 per year
