Job description:

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our
Information Systems and Digital team in
Toronto. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as
Pharmaceutical - Systems Support Specialist.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure for reliability, security, and performance as System Administrator
  • Utilize strong technical skills and problemsolving abilities in System Administration tasks
  • Handle various tasks related to mobility devices, including preparation, installation, and troubleshooting
  • Conduct diagnostics and perform replacements or decommissioning of mobility devices
  • Work with a range of devices such as iPad, Tablet, Scanner, Label Printer, PDA, WiFi bridge, and Thinclient
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and mobility devices

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in System Administration and support, including virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and Server OS (MS Windows, Red Hat Linux)
  • Minimum of 2 years of handson technical experience troubleshooting mobility devices
  • ITIL certification is advantageous
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks using Service Now
  • Strong technical documentation, problemsolving, and communication skills
