Job Description:
We are a small business looking for a
Part-Time Affordable Bookkeeper who can start this month.
A highly skilled bookkeeper with experience and accuracy in your work and experience with corporate financial Statements?
You will be responsible for accurate recording and keeping books ready for the accountant to file corporate income tax, and HST, and to provide the CEO with monthly financial statements.
Responsible for correspondence with the accountant as needed
Corporate income tax preparation, including small business tax preparation and GST
Administration duties as required by the CEO
Payroll Records, & maintenance, updates, Paystubs, T4s
Work may be done remotely
Qualifications:
A bookkeeper who is Very Proficient/experienced and accurate using GOOGLE DRIVE, WORKING FROM COMPUTER FILES
Proven track record of PRODUCING GOOD QUALITY BOOKS FOR CORPORATIONS
Experience in Intercompany accounts and working with accountants
Experience with payroll, CRA reporting, and GST filing
Maintaining detailed administrative and procedural processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives.
Able to maintain books and payroll monthly so completely ready for year-end for the accountant
Able to relate and communicate effectively and detail the work as each task is completed
Able to complete the bookkeeping in a timely manner
Must be able to provide client references
Must be able to sign a NDA
This job will not require many hours per week or month once caught up.
