Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess operational processes and suggest improvements
- Assist in upselling products or services to customers
- Support sales initiatives and collaborate with the sales team
- Multilingual abilities, especially in English and Spanish, are highly valued
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and operational procedures effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Experience in upselling techniques and sales strategies
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
