Your guidance, creativity, and connections can launch the careers of tomorrow's talents, making this position both rewarding and influential.

Acting as the bridge between our internal team and these fresh faces, you provide support and nurture their entry into the industry.

Playing a crucial role in their career development, your creative guidance and mentorship are top priorities, helping them transition from newcomers to sought-after models with a strong portfolio and presence.

What you'll be expected to do

Lead the onboarding process for new faces, establishing a supportive and humancentric relationship with each model.
Coordinate closely with the internal team, utilizing our database of new faces to ensure no model is overlooked, actively facilitating their development and organizing photoshoots to enhance their portfolios.
Select the right teams for each model's development, ensuring a match that enhances their unique qualities and potential.
Capture key moments during photoshoots for social media content to enhance digital online presence.
Conduct and manage the creation of polaroids for new faces, providing a foundational visual portfolio that captures their natural look and potential, essential for introducing them to clients and casting directors.
Create mood boards for photoshoots, contributing to the creative direction and helping models and teams visualize the concept and goals.
Coordinate with casting directors for various opportunities, including commercials and television roles, optimizing the exposure of our new talent.
Develop and maintain warm, approachable connections, demonstrating excellent soft skills throughout all interactions.

What you bring to the table

A fresh perspective, ideally new to the workforce but with valuable artistic industry experience from internships or early career roles.
Alternatively, you have a background in production, you understand creative workflows and operational nuances crucial for our industry.
Recent graduation from a fashion school or other artistic fields, including graphic design, visual arts, film and media studies, or communications.
Bilingualism: proficient in both French and English, comfortable in verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
A promising network within the industry, capable of bringing new ideas to the table to connect new faces with the right opportunities and teams.
Knowledgeable about photography and shoot logistics, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our models.
Demonstrating a keen aesthetic sense, you're able to make significant creative contributions, from mood boards to styling decisions, with an excellent eye for detail and design.
Overflowing with creativity, eager to innovate in talent development and representation.
A passion for working in a fastpaced environment, and a genuine interest in the modeling and fashion industry.
