Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create engaging and shareable content across various platformsk, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok. A minimum of 3 posts a week.
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
• Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and best practices, including SEO and Google Analytics
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
• Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
• Proficiency in graphic and video design softwares to curate and edit polished videos
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
