Overview


Do you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working through a variety of tasks and responsibilities? We're looking for two support clerks to assist with queueing work for the Service Centre.

If you enjoy providing customer service alongside handling administrative support duties, consider joining us for this permanent opportunity.


Where you'll work
This position requires full-time onsite attendance at our Richmond Office.

What you'll do

As a support clerk you will:

  • Provide outstanding customer service for walk-in customers at the front counter regarding inquiries, accepts payments, and direct customers to an Employer Service Representative when necessary
  • Receive, confirm, and set up employer refunds created by Service Centre coworkers and liaise with the accounting department to ensure special instructions are followed regarding refunds
  • Handle and index incoming digital mail and documents requried for employer files
  • Process requests for file disclosure by creating electronic disclosure packageles

  • Rotate through a variety of tasks and responsibilities
  • Provide excellent inperson and over the phone customer service
  • Organize and process incoming and outgoing correspondence

Your background and experience

  • A minimum of grade 12 education
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently
