Receptionist
Evergreen College, a fast growing career college in Downtown Toronto, is seeking an College Receptionist who has the commitment and drive to help students achieve their dreams.
It is the philosophy of Evergreen College to provide a unique educational path for students that will lead to successful job performance and job satisfaction in health care, business, and IT industries.
Duties Include:
Answer the telephone, transfer calls, take messages; process payments.
Greet guests, answer initial questions,
hand out brochures, accept mail and supply deliveries;
print and photocopy materials as requested by instructors;
arrange classrooms;
maintain filing rooms;
Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Maintain a clean; safe and well organized work area
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment.
Notify supervisor of any suspicious visitors, or any student conduct that seems to be concerning.
Prepare different college letters as requested by the students and instructors
Assist students and instructors to make phone calls to different organizations
Assist the College Directors with arranging different exams
Prepare and update reports, documents, and student database.
Assist with campus events and social media.
Other duties as assigned.

$17.00 per hour

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- receptionist: 1 year (required)
