We are looking for a skilled
Retail Operations Manager to monitor our retail store's functions and build processes that meet our business goals.


  • Proven experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role
  • Monitoring and improving daily functions
  • Ensure all business functions are in line with our strategic goals
  • Measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures
  • Tracking business results and performing costbenefit analyses
  • Working knowledge of office computer equipment
  • Experience with forecasting models
  • Experience with databases and POS system will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring our retail operations run smoothly and daytoday integrity of the company's monthly management. Report directly to the Head of Operations and are successful in supporting other business activities.
  • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
  • Oversee and support all retail administrative duties and ensure retail operating smoothly
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  • Measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures
  • Developing strategic initiatives that can improve efficiency throughout business operations.
  • Building processes based on our business goals
  • Demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.
  • Able to perform costbenefit analyses, monitor stock levels, and manage an entire retail store's operation.
  • Languages: ENGLISH (Japanese, Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset)

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail, be a selfdriven, organized, professional and able to collaborate with others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and analytical abilities
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
