Looking for an opportunity to develop and execute a unique sales strategy for a one-of-a-kind Retirement Residence that is set to redefine luxury senior living in Ottawa? Look no further than Signature's new Sparks Street Community

Opening Spring/ Summer of 2024, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving occupancy and sales for our 152-suite Retirement Residence.

The building is located on the West end of Sparks Street, overlooking Lebreton Flats and the Ottawa River.

This new Community boasts two dining experiences.

The formal dining room occupies the penthouse floor, offering breathtaking views of the Ottawa River, Parliament Hill, and Downtown Ottawa.

For those feeling more casual, residents can dine in the pub with traditional pub-style fare on the 17th floor.

Our community is equipped with a range of world-class amenities, including a Fitness Center, Salt Water Pool, Activity Room with an integrated art studio, Movie Theater, Library, Bistro, Café, Espresso and Ice Cream Bar, Hair Salon, Pet Spa and so much more.

The service model includes generous staffing levels to ensure luxury is a component of every experience.

We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Manager with a proven track record in high-end retirement living sales to help us grow occupancy pre-opening and beyond.

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute a unique sales strategy that drives productivity while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy.
