Principal Responsibilities

• Process and post bank transactions daily
• Post entries to customer ledger; submit invoices to the customer online per company process and procedure
• Followup on outstanding invoices with customers and support collections
• Process customer credits and debits
• Reconcile customer statements
• Match and process AP invoices in NAV
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Respond to enquiries from external and internal customers
• Support monthend and yearend closing process
• Must be able to work extended hours at yearend
• Assist with the execution of adhoc projects as assigned

Must Have

• Advance Excel skills is a must
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision, Microsoft NAV)

Education and Experience

• Accounting Degree or equivalent
• Working towards an Accounting Designation (CPA, CGA, etc.)
• Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
• Knowledge of Canadian taxes
