Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining client files and documents
  • Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
  • Prepare and proofread contracts, leases, and other legal documents
  • Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for real estate professionals
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate databases
  • Assist with marketing efforts such as creating flyers and updating listings online, etc.
  • Manage social media content and marketing (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between clients, agents, lenders, inspectors, lawyers, and other stakeholders involved in real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate other miscellaneous activities such as: put up and remove 'for sale' and 'sold' signs, lockboxes on the properties, client gift preparation and deliveries, etc.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a real estate administrative assistant is REQUIRED
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documents and communications
  • Proficient in data entry and file management
  • Knowledge of Google Drive, CRM or similar productivity tools.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Real Estate Administrative: 1 year (required)


Ability to Commute:

  • Toronto, ON M6S 1P3 (preferred)
