    Byrne Production Services specializes in the production of Corporate, Marketing and Entertainment events. We focus on providing an exceptional production experience to our clients and partners, providing production services for unique and engaging events.

    We're looking for an Account Director who can help clients get to the next level with their events.

    When you join our team, your main focus will be building new business. You'll also be working with existing clients to create technical and production solutions for their events with the support of our technical and operations team, using any and all mediums that will meet their needs.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Business Development:

    · In tandem with Business Development and Production, develop creative solutions for a wide variety of clients

    · Participate in growth strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of ongoing opportunities

    · Partner with clients to have an absolute understanding of their event goals

    · Build rapport/relationship with clients to understand their event pain points

    · Develop and propose solutions that achieve client goals

    · Work with a small team across sales, marketing, project management and leadership to incorporate and draw from their expertise

    Client Management:

    · Establish solid relationships and trust with existing clientele

    · Operate as a key point of contact for any matters specific to your customers (in conjunction with Project Manager)

    · Build & foster outstanding customer loyalty by finding opportunities to wow the client

    · Build and develop quotes, proposals and responses to RFP's in conjunction with Operations and Project Management teams

    · Enhance customer ties by defining opportunities and introducing additional products and services

    · Understand and document customer business strategies, priorities, and goals

    · Resolve customer issues and ensure their high levels of satisfaction through prompt responsiveness and focus on detail

    Project Oversight:

    · Engage with production/operations for technical assistance, design and tailored customer solutions

    · Provide routine quality control oversight of the project as required, ensuring client expectations for budget management, creative services solutions and technical logistics coordination are being met and kept on schedule

    General:

    · Remain current and educated on all new and emerging event technology products and solutions

    Qualifications:

    · 5-10 years' Experience within the Audio Visual and Event Production Industry, and/or Creative Agency

    · Customer Service experience

    · Post-Secondary Education

    · Creative, extremely detail-oriented, and organized

    · Ability to communicate well with various levels of staff and clients

    · Ability to work in fast paced environment
