- Valid AME M2 or E Licence (must-have), with proven experience on Dash 8 (all variants), CRJ (all variants), or 737 (Classic/Next Generation) aircraft.
- Minimum 5+ years in a senior or lead maintenance capacity .
- Previous experience in an aviation maintenance management role .
