Responsibilities:


  • Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and support with analyses with clear insights that guide them to make data driven decisions.
  • Empower senior leadership and decision makers with compelling PowerBI dashboards and excel reports that translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Build business cases for strategic growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain data assets such reusable datasets, dashboards and excel reports.
  • Drive efficiency by proactively identifying opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years in finance / analytics / strategy / consulting experience.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; and strong ability to analyze data and summarize & packaging findings.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous problems with innovative and creative solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and quantitative analysis. Ability to deep dive into large amounts of data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Handson experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, MIS, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- _Bonus Point_: Experience working either in a revenue optimization role and/or in B2B domain.

_ Hands-on experience building reusable datasets, and maintaining semantic models in PowerBI
