OVERVIEW
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communications
- Strengthen and manage all aspects of internal and external agency communications
- Generate reports and other external communications
- Generate presentations and provide graphic design support
- Ensure relevant website content and regular website/social media updates
- Work with the management team to generate grant proposals and timely grant reports
Executive Administration
- Work with CEO to respond to the operational demands of the agency
- Assist CEO with the review and revision of agency operational policies
- Assist CEO in the planning, set up and operation of management and agency activities
- Under CEO direction, plan and coordinate Board of Director activities
Administration Systems
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the agency mission specifically, support enhanced management reporting, information flow, business processes and organizational planning
- Coordinate facilities operations
- Manage administrative systems and processes including oversight of document control and information management system
Human Resources
- Improve and maintain HR management systems, processes and policies in support of the agency's mission
- Manage personnel and other HRrelated files
- Assist management team with staff recruitment process (i.e. job postings, review of applicants, security clearances, orientation, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Experience:
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in jobrelated discipline (human resources, business, technology)
- Competency in American Sign Language
- Experience working with d/Deaf and hard of hearing individuals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Google Docs, and graphic design software (i.e., photoshop)
- Clear Criminal Record and Intervention Checks

Salary:
$24.00-$27.00 per hour

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
