    The Role

    As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will own the recruitment function at a fast growing fin-tech. As our rapid growth continues, we recognize the job market is tough and highly competitive, and so, we need to innovate and support our growth by finding new ways of acquiring talent. We need your senior-level Talent Acquisition experience and intelligence to help us strategize our hiring plans, while we provide a world-class candidate experience start-to-finish. In this critical role, you'll play a lead role in achieving our ambitious hiring targets and talent growth plans.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Build and lead a high-impact team of talent acquisition professionals
    • Bring our employer brand to life and develop teams, strategies, and processes to ensure attraction of best-in-class talent
    • Ignite Neos' talent funnel through reimagined recruitment strategies to ensure current and future needs are met
    • Develop and drive efficiency of recruiting processes and tactics including: interview process, interviewer training, candidate materials, candidate assessments & profile/skill alignments, referrals, internship programs, and campus outreach
    • Develop programs that are creative and competitive within the tech industry, attractive to "today's candidate market", and that support Neo's growth goals
    • Develop end to end recruitment processes which includes seasonal hiring, contractors, and ramping up in various locations to meet the business needs
    • Oversee the planning and execution of networking events like Tech Thursdays and manage a yearly events calendar
    • Oversee the execution of talent marketing strategies including Neo's podcast, LinkedIn social channels and develop other talent attraction strategies that amplify Neo's employer value proposition
    • Liaise with external partners and search firms on difficult to fill roles
    • Work with People team and Senior Leadership to identify gaps and improvement to our hiring process, funnel and business growth
    • Collaborate and work closely with key stakeholders across the business
    • Champion Neo's culture As the window into the company, our TA team provides insight to our culture for every candidate going through our process

    Who we're looking for:

    • A leader with a track record of success in creating high performing teams within a growing organization
    • Experience with end-to-end, high volume recruitment
    • Expertise in stakeholder management, with excellent communication ability
    • Operational minded and experience with building, maintaining and improving talent processes
    • Ability to manage the development and planning of programs, campaigns, events and conferences with an innovative and creative approach
    • Ability to coach and mentor managers, team leads and individual contributors
    • Ability to capacity plan and stay ahead of hiring needs in a quickly scaling environment
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute under pressure
    • Strong pipeline management skills and an understanding of systems management including Neo's ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, team KPI's and funnel conversion metrics
    • Experience collaborating with key stakeholders and working directly with senior leadership
    • University degree or diploma in business, human resources, etc. is preferred
