'''Job Overview'''We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks.
This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring that financial transactions are recorded correctly and financial statements are prepared accurately.
'''Responsibilities'''- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Conduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize accounting software to record and track financial transactions
- Process accounts payable, including reviewing invoices, obtaining approvals, and issuing payments
- Assist with account analysis to ensure proper classification of transactions
- Manage accounts receivable, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
- Assist with monthend and yearend closing processes
- Knowledge in the Property Management and Construction Industry is required
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage) and Excel required
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Preferred effective communication skills, both in English and Italian language.
