JOB TITLE:
Estimator**
REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Director of Construction

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Estimator will be responsible for creating and producing accurate, concise, estimates for all assigned project. This is position requiring minimum supervision and considerable independence and judgment. (S)He will ensure the top-quality results are delivered within allocated budgets for the projects on an annualized basis.

(S)He will produce and create estimates in accordance with the policies and procedures as per the Company's visions, goals, and objective.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Review scope of all assigned works and develop strategic accordingly.
• Ensure all bid submissions are complete and accurate as per the plans and specifications, including but not limited to notations of any special or long lead items.
• Coordinate site visits and follow up meetings for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules for assigned projects.
• Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to best meet project goals
• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and proper documentations for each project.
• Review and approved Letter of Intent, award documents and contracts.
• Support ICE safety vision and compliance with all safety rules, policies, and procedures; maintains accountability for safety performance of subordinate personnel.
• Participate in customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
• Be proficient in Grade Beam, Procore, Plan Swift, Excel and UDA Construction suite to be a knowledge base for employees.
• Other duties as assigned by Senior Estimator or the Senior Management Team.

$100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Experience:

- construction estimating: 3 years (preferred)
