We are currently looking for a seasoned Finance Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in steering the organization towards financial excellence and strategic growth.

In this role, you oversee day-to-day financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance and transparency.

In collaboration with executive leadership, you will develop financial strategies aligned with company objectives, providing insights for informed decision-making and sustainable growth.


What You'll Do & How You'll Make an Impact

  • Prepare, analyze, and communicate accurate financial statements and reports to facilitate informed decisionmaking, ensure compliance, and drive organizational success.
  • Establish robust financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize the return on financial assets and ensure the reliability of financial data.
  • Provide strategic leadership and handson oversight to the accounting department, ensuring precision, efficiency, and proactive problemsolving, while also supervising Fleet Administration functions to optimize fleet utilization, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Guide Travel Coordination activities, prioritizing efficiency, costeffectiveness, and traveler satisfaction, while also spearheading the implementation and maintenance of rigorous accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting, collaborating with stakeholders and spearheading crossdepartmental budget management efforts.
  • Provide insightful financial forecasts, analyze variances, and optimize resources to achieve budget objectives.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls, conducting regular audits to identify weaknesses and proactively implement improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards, serve as the main liaison for external auditors, conduct internal audits, and provide training to foster a culture of compliance.
  • Oversee all aspects of cash management, including cash flow forecasting, monitoring liquidity, optimizing cash positions, managing banking relationships, and implementing effective cash management strategies.
  • Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting methodologies, lead financial analysis to provide strategic insights, assess performance, and drive profitability through informed decisionmaking.
  • Manage tax compliance, strategy, and optimization to minimize liabilities and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Lead financial risk management, assessing and mitigating risks to protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance. Develop strategies and internal controls while monitoring risk exposure, providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with executive management to craft strategic plans aligned with longterm vision, providing financial insights to guide decisionmaking towards overarching goals.
  • Promote a collaborative, transparent, and accountable culture within the finance department and organization, offering effective leadership, mentorship, and talent development opportunities to drive learning, growth, and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to establish KPIs aligned with organizational objectives, utilizing data analytics tools for continuous monitoring and analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Implement a robust feedback system to ensure clarity and achievement of performance goals, holding team members accountable while providing necessary support and guidance.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant designation (CPA)
  • Minimum 10 years of accounting experience with at least 5 years operating in a senior accounting or financial management role showcasing handson involvement in operational financial matters.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within finance and accounting.
