Description

We are looking for a Junior Program/Project Manager with experience coordinating and executing projects aligned with company and customer goals.

What you would be doing.

  • Manage IT implementation and customer onboarding of varying sizes.
  • Successfully work across all company departments to coordinate and communicate with various groups and key players.
  • Manage resources assigned to projects in regard to project efforts; create project plans and project schedules; provide project management leadership from inception through deployment.
  • Forecast, Order and maintain all equipment/material necessary for each project based on project schedule.
  • Track all project budgets and ensure that they are up to date and properly forecasted for upcoming months.
  • Create project schedules and track progress of projects versus Schedule.
  • Pull together resources effectively to implement projects. Orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish objectives.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Manage all communication with business partners and senior management to achieve all project objectives.

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • 13 years in leading project implementation
  • Impeccability organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership and drive results
  • French language is asset

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
