About the Opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities- Distributes, collects, and maintains sales team records including Master Project Advisor Agreements (MPAA), training acknowledgements, and start/stop forms. Reviews and resolves project advisor compensation issues Supports the ongoing assembly of training materials and online resources related to the platform and sales administration Coordinates with stakeholders for the completion of the Sales Training workbook Performs rennie sales software administration duties including providing input, feedback, testing, and training for system enhancements. Assists with platform technical support, reporting, contracting, and other system/sales requirements Requests and tracks hardware and software requirements for the sales team including: Avesdo TMS, Salesforce, Acuity Appointment, and other technology as required Administers price tower setup by entering architectural data into the system to enable Sales Directors to perform pricing exercises Documents and updates standard operating procedures, processes and templates- Any other tasks as requested by leadership for project set-up or completion to support the RDS project sales teams


Education and Experience- Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training in a relevant field such as business administration, information technology, project management or pre-sale administration A high school diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Strong knowledge of local real estate market Collaborative, creative, flexible, and innovative team player with an ability to work effectively with peers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders Exceptional communication and presentation skills, always maintains composure and an action-oriented attitude Excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills with good judgment to make timely and sound decisions Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Salesforce is considered an asset
Working Conditions/Physical Demands- Our home office is located just outside of Granville Island in Kitsilano and this role is primarily office based with some flexibility to work remotely
