Dufferin Aggregates, a divison of CRH Canada is looking to hire
PURPOSE:
CRH Canada Inc. is looking for a customer focused individual for the role of Sales Coordinator for the Aggregates division.
The Sales Coordinator role will support the sales team by driving the execution of the sales process and maintaining accurate and up to date data in the company CRM.
Additionally, the Sales Coordinator is expected to demonstrate CRH Canada cultural attributes and behaviors in allinteractions. This position reports to the Sales Manager
MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor all websites for bids related to the assigned geographic territory to pull relevant job information for upcoming tender closing.
- Collect bid documents and summarize details for Sales teams, including products, quality considerations, volumes, job site considerations etc.
- Support sales team to track work efforts for customer accounts in the CRM tool, including account planning, customer contacts, call logs, quoting, contract creation, win loss tracking and forecasting support.
- Administration of reporting in the CRM tool such that information is accurate while continuously seeking to enhance reporting capabilities to help inform market knowledge.
- Support the sales team to ensure dashboard accuracy.
- Function as a key user in the CRM tool
- Support management of order to cash process to ensure billing efficiency, tracking and clearing and where required
- Support on month end processes that affect the sales organization, including; forecasting, unbilled clearing, NOADS, debits & credits.
- Support on market data collection
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Associates/College Degree
- Additional Education Preferred: Bachelor's/University Degree
- Preferred field of study: Sales, Marketing, Business or Civil Engineering
- Travel Requirements: Hybrid Role
- Other: May require physical handling of product samples
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Sound knowledge of OH&S policies, procedures, and regulations
- Prior experience in the product line field is preferred
- Demonstrated track record of successes
- Customer service motivated
- Superior skills in strategic thinking and planning
- Strong organization skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent oral and presentation skills
