Description
Responsibilities:
- Input data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Assist with data cleanup and verification projects as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data entry tasks and priorities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data entry processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or related field preferred.
- Proficient typing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite and data entry software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
