Responsibilities:


  • Input data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Assist with data cleanup and verification projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on entered data.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data entry tasks and priorities.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data entry processes and efficiency.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or related field preferred.
  • Proficient typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite and data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
