Job Overview:

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the management and coordination of our security operations.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate daily security operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Supervise and lead security personnel, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Conduct regular assessments of operational efficiency and suggest improvements.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of security personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and emergencies.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in security operations management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Knowledge of security industry regulations and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Relevant certifications in security management would be an asset.

Salary:
$48,490.67-$120,681.24 per year
