Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Director of Marketing by implementing strategic plans
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator
  • Create/maintain content for the firm's website, work with thirdparty vendors to update the website, and oversee the chat function and forms
  • Report website glitches to developer and maintain its functionality
  • Ensure developer follows mobile design best practices
  • Support and drive digital marketing initiatives
  • SEO analysis
  • Review, evaluate, and report on analytics and monitor results of digital marketing efforts
  • Create, generate, research and implement digital design campaigns and opportunities that meet strategic objectives
  • Manage and maintain website of affiliate Personal Injury organization and Trauma Resource Directory
  • Develop and prepare all graphic design for print and digital, including but not limited to ads, banners, social media posts, business cards, profile cards, conference posters, website graphics, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Produce and edit photos and videos
  • Maintain and create brand guidelines
  • Attend conferences and some inperson and virtual events
  • Manage Google business profiles, individual lawyer Google profiles, Google ads and review analytics
  • Work closely with third party vendors
  • Perform other duties as required

Education/Experience:


  • 3+ years of digital/graphic design experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Express and Microsoft Office (Nice to have: Premier Pro)
  • Website design/management experience
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of all social media platforms
  • Knowledge of html/css coding, video editing an asset
  • Possesses excellent digital and design marketing understanding, online research capabilities and experience with marketing systems
  • Experience using CRM system, an asset
  • Proven ability to provide creative marketing solutions upon receiving a project brief
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or other related field
