As a team member in operations, you will play a vital role ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operational processes.

You will work closely with various roles and departments within the firm to streamline administrative tasks, optimize procedures, contribute to the over all success of our client-centric operations.


Main Responsibilities:

Value and prioritize clients and humans.
Will act as first point of contact for clients.
Streamline and simplify internal processes, challenge the status quo.
Collaborate with team members and head office to manage client onboarding and account maintenance procedures.

Assist in processing and verifying client transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines, including the documentation of conversations with clients in CRM system.

Monitor and reconcile financial data, accounts, and statements to maintain data integrity.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, external partners, and clients to resolve any operational issues.
Assist in the preparation of performance reports and client presentations.
Contribute to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing client experience and value.
Provide client meeting preparation material as requested.
Correspond with clients as required and within service standards.
Data entry and client financial transaction processing, such as placing trades.


Requirements:

CSC and CPH Licenced - or ability to be licenced immediately.
Ability to demonstrate value.
Driven for success.
Dynamite team player.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Outgoing and approachable interpersonal skills to converse with a variety of diverse clientele and support resources.
Professional experience in MS office including Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, etc.
Independently driven but able to execute on instructions and direction.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience is an asset.
Organized and able to prioritize competing tasks.
Open and honest
Accustomed to working under pressure and is processed driven.
Willing and open to be coached.
Intuitive
Accountable
Discreet in handling confidential client information


Special Consideration will be given to the following experience:
Experience in marketing and business development.
Experience in the financial services or insurance industries.
Work experience in customer and client service.
