Your role
- Design and develop training curriculum for new and existing products and services including; video content, course material, user guides, FAQs and webinar sessions.
- Drive digital adoption of NBIN products for clients and employees by being a champion for learning and development.
- Present / facilitate information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as; role playing, webinar/webex/MS Teams, simulations, group discussions, video or lectures.
- Design and create digital content for selfserve training solutions including; video production and WalkMe.
- Facilitate training programs for employees and clients both on NBIN premise as well as in client's offices. Some travel within Canada is required.
- Lead or participate in change management processes including; planning, stakeholder management, execution and evaluation of training.
- Attend meetings or working sessions with product managers, vendors and/or client relationship managers to obtain information for use in training programs and to understand requirements for delivering effective training programs.
This team works within National Bank Independent Network to support our independent Wealth Management clients in adopting our technology and develop our internal employees.

Competencies required
- Experience developing training strategies to support change management involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Expertise in utilizing innovative learning technologies (micro learning, digital adoption platforms, video and gamification)
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
- Superior facilitation skills when running training sessions.
- Knowledge of the Wealth Management industry.
- French is an asset.
- Certificate in adult learning principles.
