Parts Advisor** to join our team.
As a
Parts Advisor at Harley Davidson Winnipeg, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by providing expert advice and assistance in the selection and purchase of motorcycle parts and accessories.
Key responsibilities include:
- Track incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership, including looking up and charging out parts.
- Assist customers (internal and retail) in identifying and selecting the right parts and accessories for their motorcycles.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Remain in constant contact with all internal departments regarding the receipt of special order parts
- Collect parts order payments and ensure the appropriate paperwork is completed in order for accurate account payment and invoicing.
Qualifications
- Experience in a parts role is preferred.
- Experience with ordering, tracking and stocking is preferred.
- Forwardfacing customer service experience.
- Experience working with inventory management systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and provide effective service to all customers, both internal and retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities.
