    Job Description Alteo is looking for an IT Director for a permanent position based in Montreal.

    Hybrid work: 3 days office / 2 days remote

    As the IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the company's IT strategy, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of all technology systems, driving innovation to support business objectives.

    Responsabilités:

    • Develop and execute the overall IT strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives, with a focus on leveraging Microsoft 365, Zoho and other 3rd party platforms.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure
    • Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment
    • Supervise the deployment, setup and upkeep of Microsoft 365, Zoho and other 3rd party platforms to meet the company's operational requirements.
    • Manage and optimize IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to maximize cost-effectiveness and efficiency
    • Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data, systems, and networks, implementing robust cybersecurity measures
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware solutions to enhance business operations and productivity
    • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide strategic IT support
    • Identify redundancy, disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure continuous operations
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
    • Drive IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and successful implementation
    • Provide regular reports to senior management, outlining IT performance, project updates and key metrics.
    Profile:
    • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
    • 8+ years' experience in IT
    • 3+ years' experience in management or leadership role
    • Track record of successfully implementing IT initiatives with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Zoho
    • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices
    • Expert in cloud technologies, data management and emerging IT trends
    • Certifications in Microsoft 365, Zoho as well as good understanding of API development and maintenance (asset)
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address complex IT challenges
