We are looking for an experienced Control Room Operator to work at
Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby, B. C.

What you ll be doing:
- Coordinate the shift
- Dispatch security officers
- Review CCTV
- Follow incident SOP
- Assist police with footage review
- Provides keys to contractors and access
- Sends shift summary, status reposts and escalates incidents
- Assists with key auditing
- Assists with memo assignments
- Completes daily escalator/elevator log
- Respond to alarms on the fire computer
- Assigning daily tasks to the officers on duty
What we re looking for:
- Possession of a valid BC Security Guard Licence
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 considered an asset
- Availability to work days/afternoon/graveyard shifts
- Strong customer service skills
