Responsibilities
- Management and Administration of SCCM/MECM Environment.
- Advanced experience in creating and maintaining standardized Windows images (Desired Configuration Management).
- Windows Application Packaging & Task Sequences, Windows Installer, MSI, and MSIX.
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL scripting, queries, and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and PowerShell scripting.
- Managing Microsoft Updates with SCCM (Patch Tuesday).
- Advanced experience in Active Directory Group Policy design, configuration, and management.
- Desktop and Laptop Computer Hardware Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Repair.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications:
-
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL TIME ON SITE IN REGINA, SK
- Minimum 8 years experience desktop engineering supporting a large scale endpoints), mission critical enterprise in a 24x7 operating environment
- Proven competency in Computer Support (Tier 2)
- Proven competency in CompTIA A+
- Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration
- Experience with Lenovo Desktops & Notebooks
- Experience with Panasonic Ruggedized Toughbook's for field workers
