Job summary
The Building Operator plays a key role in keeping our condominium communities running smoothly.This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation, cleaning, maintenance, and safety of all common areas and building systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections and perform general maintenance, repairs, and minor cleaning to keep the property in top condition.
- General grounds keeping, including snow removal, lawn care, and parking lot maintenance.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual routines to keep the community running smoothly.
