Looking for an exciting opportunity with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Our team is looking for energetic Truck Team Members who thrive on results, enjoy physical work, and love engaging with customers while cruising in our junk trucks.

G license is required.

What's in it for you?

Pay:

Team Average: $22 $27/hour (base + profit share + credit card tips)

Top performers frequently clear $30/hr. + more (cash tips, take-home junk treasures)

A Typical Day:

_DRIVING_: You will be responsible for driving our Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Truck to customer locations

_LIFTING & LOADING_: remove unwanted items from our customer's property into our truck

_CUSTOMER SERVICE_: Provide the ultimate customer experience, always resulting in a smile.

_SALES &

NEGOTIATION:

_ Assess and quote customers on the removal of their unwanted items (We provide in-depth training) and pricing sheets the customer can view to easily understand our rate.

_RECYCLING &

DONATION:

_ Did you know that 1-800-GOT-JUNK? aims to be as environmentally responsible as possible, while being sure to follow local regulations.

We do our best to keep items out of landfills by donating the donate-ables and recycling the recyclables as much as we can.

What you bring to the company:

To qualify for commercial insurance underwriting, drivers must be 21+ years of age
Possess a valid G driver's license
Have a clean driving history (MVR Searches the past 3 years)
A great attitude, reliability, and goaldriven mindset
Comfortable lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds repeatedly
