About the Role

The Advisor/Recruiter, Undergraduate Programs, participates in the development of, and implements the strategic recruitment plans for the School of Interactive Arts & Technology (SIAT) in the Faculty of Communication, Art and Technology (FCAT) in collaboration with the Manager, Academic & Administrative Services and the Director of Student Affairs.

Provides academic advice and administrative support to undergraduate students (first year) in accordance with University, Faculty, and program policies, procedures, and regulations.

Develops a recruitment plan for SIAT; coordinates and participates in recruiting events; advises prospective external and internal undergraduate applicants; evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives; and oversees the departmental budget for recruitment and student engagement activities and expenses.
