Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Payroll
  • ADP is a preferable.
  • Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to verify pricing, quantities, and terms
  • Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Prepare and process weekly check runs or electronic payments
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
  • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status or invoice discrepancies
  • Assist with monthend closing activities, including account reconciliations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues related to accounts payable

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Admin or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as ADP.
  • Familiarity with account reconciliation principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
