Description

Responsibilities Include:


  • Sending receiving and tracking credits
  • Stocking parts in physical locations that correlate to a spreadsheet for easy retrieval later.
  • Putting parts on parts cart to take to technician to complete repairs.
  • Excel or Google sheets experience is mandatory.
  • Basic Accounting experience preferred.
  • Assist the collision center estimators with acquiring the required parts for work required.
  • Assists in the distribution of parts to the body technicians to expedite workflow.
  • Ensure that all parts are charged and linked appropriately for billing in the accounting system.
  • Responsible for inspecting each part received for accuracy and damage.
  • Responsible for returning all unused parts within 30 days of receipt.
  • Keep current on new products and products updates.
  • Determine availability and provide necessary information for outofstock parts.

Qualifications:


  • 1 + Year experience as a Parts Person

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
