Description

Work will always be work, no matter how we embellish the reality. The clients have expectations, and the company counts on a sincere partnership with their employees to meet these expectations. So, what makes Westar Maintenance different?
We started in 2020 with a solid well-established client that owns properties across Canada. This may explain why you haven't heard of us before. We may be young, we may be small, but we have a solid experience. Our president has been in the business for over 25 years, in another province.

He has always put his employees in the center of his projects, building strong relationships with them, nourishing a trusting partnership, and finding ways to elevate his most devoted employees to possibilities they had never imagined.

He had the vision to develop the western market and wanted to unite a team of great individuals with whom he could build a future.

Westar Maintenance is proud to offer great benefits, neat uniforms, personal tool kits, fully equipped service vehicles, and a friendly environment that will make you want to come to work earlier, just to see your pals.

We offer a 24/7 service which leads to different full-time day, evening or overnight positions based on a 5-day work schedule.

Our team is hard working and motivated, and each of its members are genuinely invested in the company's evolution. Our services include general maintenance, painting and groundskeeping. We also manage additional services such as janitorial, snow removal and landscaping for estate owners of all sizes. We're proud to say that our president's vision has come to life Our team is amazing.

The painter will work in different environments such as parkades, high rises, 3-storeys-buildings, and apartments.
