Job summary
The Technical Solution Specialist works with multiple project stakeholders to gather requirements configure test train on solutions related to Euna Grants implementation They become product subject matter experts apply client goals to product abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Euna Grants core features configurations functionality serve as Euna Grants Subject Matter Expert
- Configure system for customer meet defined requirements including setup workflows access permissions reports configurable elements of platform Provide technical troubleshooting system issues configurations integration migration issues collaborate customer support technical teams identify root causes implement solutions Support training knowledge-sharing efforts across implementations improve user understanding adoption product Provide expertise cross-functional teams guidance product capabilities limitations best practices Partner Product Design teams feature discovery refine feature requirements ensure alignment business goals Participate ideation design sessions contribute insights feature feasibility technical considerations data implications Manage Technical Requirements Gathering Documentation Conduct in-depth requirements gathering sessions stakeholders understand business needs system configuration integrations data migration projects Assist defining prioritizing refining requirements meet user needs technical standards Develop comprehensive technical documentation including data mapping integration specifications detailed business rules Translate complex information clear concise documentation understood by both technical non-technical stakeholders Lead Data Analysis Migration activities planning mapping cleansing extraction transformation loading validation processes Create data mapping documents perform analysis ensure quality identify potential migration risks validate integrity collaboration customer stakeholders technical teams Manage Execute User Acceptance Testing UAT plans define scenarios create cases manage overall UAT process confirm systems meet user needs Facilitate UAT sessions users capture feedback manage results track issues resolution Document communicate findings ensuring all requirements met sign-off obtained before project completion Communicate Collaborate Stakeholders act bridge customers business users techical teams ensuring clear timely communication throughout lifecycle Facilitate regular update meetings communicate status stakeholders provide feedback development team end-users Foster positive relationships departments ensure project success user satisfaction Support Project Process Management assist managers implementation team tracking timelines risks dependencies ensuring all requiremenst schedule within scope Promote use pproject management best practices utilizing tools like JIRA Microsoft Project task tracking issue management reporting Engage continuous improvement initiatives optimize busines analysis testing processes documenting lessons learned identifying enhancements
