Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Follow proper plating techniques and presentation standards
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
