Currently, we are in search of a friendly, highly organized and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This is a part-time position for 4 days per week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Actively participate in and coordinate with outside suppliers on the design, development, and implementation of marketing, communication and promotional strategies for new projects
• Manage details, logistics, and marketing timelines for multiple projects running concurrently including trade shows, conferences and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
• Coordination of trade show involvement such as space, electrical, backdrops, displays, etc.
• Ensuring our branding is consistent across all platforms (digital, print, traditional, etc.)
• Work closely with key partners on strategic marketing and product initiatives
• Develop, execute and manage new project marketing budgets to minimize costs
• Collaboratively manage and coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as ad campaigns, brochures, print, packaging, events, tradeshow booths, vendor coordination, etc.
• Lead and execute all social media tasks
• Annual coordination of marketing catalogues & brochures
• Work with existing vendors to keep our websites up to date
• Assist in any overflow tasks necessary from the sales and marketing team

Qualifications and Skills:

- +2 years of experience in a Marketing, Communications, Event Planning or related role

• Completed formal education in marketing, communications, sales, or related studies
• Graphic design knowledge and skill
• A valid driver's license
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe, WordPress
• Knowledge of HTML is an asset, but not required
• Bonus skill: you've planned and coordinated several tradeshows and conferences
