Are you a creative individual with a passion for design? Techo-Bloc invites you to join us as a Marketing Intern, where you'll immerse yourself in the world of marketing initiatives. This role offers a hands-on experience collaborating with our Creative team, engaging with vendors on graphic design projects, and supporting crucial financial processes. You'll also be instrumental in project coordination and follow-up, ensuring that stakeholders are well-informed and projects are executed smoothly. This position provides a unique blend of creative work, vendor relations, and project management, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to expand their skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects by ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope through regular meetings.
• Assist in the build-out of projects by creating briefs, tasks, and milestones in our project management platform (Teamwork).
• Facilitate communication within the creative team and across departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Support financial processes by obtaining quotes, creating purchase orders (POs), following up on invoicing, and centralizing information in the budget file.
• Create presentations for different initiatives in PowerPoint and provide status updates at monthly marketing meetings.
• Serve as the point of contact for general marketing requests.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Studies in marketing or a relative field;
• Focus on marketing and project management;
• Bilingual – Fluent in French and English. (English is required to serve our clients in the United States);
• High level of autonomy;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite;
• Experience working with project management platforms such as Teamwork or Monday is a plus;
• Appreciation for working in an open space environment.
